I enjoyed the friendly and comfortable feel the first time I had my hair done. Unfortunately, my next visit the casualness went too far and conversations between the staff became a major distraction from customer service. I have not been back since the gal was so unfocused and not listening to what I wanted, and then rushed for her next appointment. When I got home the cut was so funky and crooked my husband even noticed.
A local favorite of mine I have loved everything I have tried at this salon except for the massages--it was too soft for me. The staff is exceptional and very friendly.
