I chose Pally Roofing from a reference. It turns out I was 110% pleased with Pally Roofing. My situation was from wind damage and an insurance claim. My person, Josh, at Pally hand held the entire process from the first hello to the final nail/screw. Phillip the owner even stopped by to introduce himself and check on progress. Derrick was just awesome! He was very polite to me and got right to work. While he was working, a pretty good rain shower broke out. He kept on working until the rain started falling hard. He came to the porch, soaking wet, to tell me he had to wait until the rain stopped. I gave him a towel to dry off a bit and invited him in. After about 10-15 minutes, Derrick got right back to work and finished up. The entire process was easy and I will definitely choose Pally Roofing for any future skylight project. Pally Roofing was truly a bridge over troubled waters for me. The water coming from my roof and leaky gutters. Josh the sales guy was fantastic at taking me through the whole process and explaining everything. Then the crew came and the crew leader was fantastic at keeping me informed and he seemed tremendously knowledgeable about his trade. Him and the crew were so hard working and got my job done properly and promptly, all while being professional. Thank you Pally!!!
