We had them out to replace gutters on our house and had a horrible experience and will not recommend them to anyone. The good: -They came back and fixed most of their mistakes -The crew was extremely friendly every time they came out. -Holly in the office is amazing Now for the bad -I believe a man named Josh from the office was extremely rude on the phone -Took them 5 trips to install the gutters and get them to stop leaking -I was told by an installer that they are hanging gutters and they leak -They damaged my roof in sev... read more
I'm very satisfied with the new roof. Zach as well as all the crew were friendly and diligent a having the job well done.
Had to change my review: part of the sales pitch was the cleaned up and we wouldn't gave to worry about nails. A couple small rolls of nails, looks like just the end of a roll really, were left point up in my driveway. I forgave the first bunch of nails but here we are up to 3 bunches of nails in my driveway. Now, because of their carelessness, I will need to spend extra money to rent a magnet sweeper to clean up after them. Steven was fantastic! He is why we made purchased our new roof from Pally's. From the initial visit to the final visit he was more than anyone could ask for in his level of professionalism, knowledge and overall excitement for what he does. A smooth process from start to finish. The install crew did a great job. We highly recommend Pally roofing, ask for Steven and you will be very pleased. We now have him pricing new windows.
Justin came out for a quote, covered all the options for roof replacement, went through finance options. Very honest and straightforward, not high pressure like a lot of other places. Thanks!
