Very good customer service and great store!
My boyfriend and I visited the store today and were very impressed with the customer service. The gentleman who assisted us was extremely kind and helpful, providing all the information we needed and ensuring we had a pleasant experience. The quality of the products is also clearly top-notch—I know this because a friend of mine has had her couch for a while now, and it still looks impeccable. We’ll highly recommend this place!
Recently I purchased a sofa and TV console from Pallucci. Irina was so knowledgeable and really helpful in giving us great recommendations on choosing the style and colour for my sofa. Price is very good and the sofa is so pretty and comfy. Both items were delivered early than expected. The delivery company was amazing too. Two gentlemen arrived on time and handled the sofa with lots of care. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. 100% recommended.
Had a great experience purchasing my first couch with Pallucci Furniture. Irina helped me all the way through looking for the right couch for me. Giving me useful information and letting me try them out for an extended time to really feel if be the right fit. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for new furniture.
I have been in seach of an accent chair for months. My finding were everything was too big or not a style/pattern that I liked. I managed to find parking in front of Pallucci s (not aware there was free parking behind) and went in and explored the store. A very kind sales person greeted me, and let me wander as I said I was just looking.
