Irina was amazing....spent time with me explaining the different options and features of the couches. Asked questions to fullyunderstand what I wanted and needed. Service was impeccable and got a deal...tax free and the option to finance it with no interest
I was able to easily pick out the sofa I wanted online, and then when I got to the showroom, I was greeted by a warm and friendly person who told me about and showed me all of the options I had, including the firmness of the seat cusions, the fabric, the fabric that the free pillows would be covered with, and a few other small details. Then we went through the paperwork and I made the purchase, quite seamlessly. I can't recommend Pallucci Furniture more highly!! We really shopped around and the prices and options were hands down the best at Pallucci. The staff is remarkably helpful and knowledgeable and the sofas are truly customizable, more than I ever thought possible. There was a delivery snafu (not their fault!) and they were patient and kind and resolved everything so quickly and seamlessly. Anyone looking for a couch should go to Pallucci Furniture!!
Had a great experience here. The staff were friendly, helpful, and never pushy. They gave us plenty of time to try different sofas and select the fabric and colors we wanted. Would definitely recommend.
The Pallucci team were excellent. Irina was fantastic in helping us choose our couch. The couch itself ended up exceeding our expectations. Very affordable and was made/delivered earlier than most places in the city were quoting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable but high-quality couch.
