Unfortunately the worst piece of furniture I've ever had. I've had the bed for a few years and it is falling apart. The storage drawers don't open properly, the entire bed is leaning to one side, and the wood has disintegrated inside the drawers. When staff initially came to set up the bed, they loudly talked about the poor quality and said they stripped screws. When I asked for a refund, the store refused. Cannot recommend shopping elsewhere enough.
Fantastic Experience at Pallucci Furniture. Excellent product. And the Service was knowledgeable and kind. Looking forward to our new Sofa. Highly recommend this enjoyable shopping experience.
Took delivery of the Oneil sectional today and whole family loves it! Super comfy and sound build quality. Delivery team were also great. Hats off to Clive for superior customer service and being so patient/attentive during the sales process.
