Terrific experience with Maria! Cero stars! After consulting with a reputable salon (Hair2dye4 Aveda Concept Salon), I learned that Maria completely mishandled my hair. According to professionals, the bleaching process should always start from the ends and mid-lengths — leaving the roots for last to avoid overprocessing.
