Consistently overcharged and hidden fees, Quicklane and service falsely advertises rebates that don't exist or don't apply, then they secretly charge fees over the phone on credit card. Don't even think about paying with plastic here unless you want to pay fees for days. Overcharged tax and didn't send title, didn't do anything to try to make it right or apologize, then called my mother to tell her I was overcharged on my car purchase. Highly recommend travelling outside of Wooster if you have any interest in buying a Ford.
Great job, done right and truck back the same week!
Hands down the best automobile dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Service department is first rate as well. A testament to Mike’s leadership. Special thanks to Andy Thomas as well as Nick Cristino in sales and Chris Bryan in service. Chris has been taking good care of me for 20 plus years
I was o er 2 hours away from home and started having battery issues. They were able to get me in immediately and had me back on the road in under an hour. Great service and friendly staff!
