I had never been to Pallotta Ford and am certainly glad I found them. Honesty and integrity are very important to me and they proved that early on. No high pressure or sales gimmicks and the entire staff were very friendly and easy to work with, especially my salesperson Andy Thomas, who went over and above what I had expected.
