Communication was terrible between the different departments and I believe they quoted significantly higher costs on a service because they didn’t want to do the work (quoted 10hrs of labor/$1k+ for a job that was done in 1.5/$200 at a different dealership). The staff I interacted with were nice and that is the reason for the stats.
The Palotta Ford team was great, helping me purchase a vehicle that was a perfect fit for my 84 year old father. So thankful for the easy sales experience.
