We bought our couches from palliser in December, and chose palliser due to their high quality, comfortability and durablity. We customized a sectional and sofa with fabric to match our space perfectly. There was a small issue with a stitching loop popping out on one cushion. Palliser 100% stood behind their product and sent out a service tech named Terry to us to replace the cover who did a great job. I recommend palliser for quality furniture and good service
The sales team made me feel at ease entering the store and browsing in my budget range. Allison was great helping me find the right fit for my space. Order and delivery time was as expected. Would definitely come back & recommend to friends
Had a pretty bad experience with these guys. Couches are great, but very poor and misleading communication from the sales people. They gave us a timeline for when the couches would show up and said they'd reach out if there's any issues. The time came for them to show up and I reached out to book a delivery date and they let me know that they hadn't even started on the order.
