It has been an absolutely incredible experience with this business. The staff are all super friendly. Todd immediately put my teen daughter at ease and got her fit with a knee brace. After a few weeks of use we were noticing the brace was damaging her pants or rubbing on her skin of the opposite leg. We called them to see if maybe they have a sleeve or something that could cover the brace to avoid the abrasion. What a great experience! When I called, they invited me in the same day. When I met Todd, he was EXCELLENT at diagnosing my issue (that I hadn't know about for my entire life), and explaining it to me. It is obvious he cares about what he does! Nothing but amazing things to say!!
