I bought a leather couch and matching love seat. The leather pealed, cracked and ripped away from the seam, absolute garbage.
Loved the look and feel of our sectional sofa from day 1, but do not sit on it or use it. It will crack, peel, and flake. We have cracks now in most areas, with some more extensive than others (shown in pictures). We thought we were doing a good thing buying an expensive Canadian product that was vegan imitation leather from a seemingly reputable manufacturer. FRAUDS! They are a Canadian company that claims to be Canadian but they started other versions of their own sofas called “Integrity”. It’s knock offs of their own models and made in Mexico. Ruthless disgusting big business tyrants. You can bet they won’t stand behind the product.
DO NOT BUY Palliser Furniture . Our power recliner sofa and loveseat cushions started deteriorating within two years of purchase which is outside of their one year warranty. A complete waste of $5000. Five years later they are garbage or we pay hundreds to have them repaired with a 90 day warranty... What a rip-off.
