Emailed these guys in response to our VERY expensive couch stitching coming undone, but zero reply from them at all. Will continue to contact them, via phone and demand an answer. You think buying Canadian made would be a good choice, but by previous reviews.. it doesn't seem that way. Especially when I looked at the tag of my couch and some Pageet was the manufacturer of my couch. Zero customer service, zero quality control. DO AVOID!!
5000+ sectional couch. The “premium commercial-grade” poly fabric started peeling after just 3 years of moderate use (family of 3), mostly on the headrests and seat surfaces. When Dufresne damaged the back of the sofa during delivery (a nightmare experience on its own), the upholsterer who came to assess the damage warned us about the PU fabric. I purchased a fabric dual reclining sofa in 2022 for about $3300. Just 4 years later it looks terrible and the foam cushion has all shifted and broken down. I also noticed the stitching across one of the back pieces is uneven. I contacted Palliser after the second year and they just referred me to the retailer. No follow up and no response. Poor quality was what I got for all my money. I could have spent far less for better quality. Will never recommend or buy from them again!

Most uncomfortable love seat I’ve ever owned. Sorry I made the purchase. Seat cushion failed immediately and was told to keep an eye on it as it was still under warranty. Service man came out and said it was defective but was now out of warranty
