Machine-made pasta surprises with its consistent quality. – In Short Key to Pallino's vision is a machine from Switzerland that portions, cooks and drains a serving of pasta in 90 seconds; kids love the "pasta rocket" for the name as much as parents appreciate the speedy delivery. The pasta is available as thin spaghetti, cheese ravioli or chicken tortellini, and is topped with one of fifteen sauces that the staff prepares on the spot.

Good food, portions, setting – This is a very nice medium between fast food and a sitdown restaurant. Good food, reasonable prices, perfect al dente pasta, tasty roasted vegetables, nice interior with a roaring fire and dark wooden tables, nicely sized portions.

consistent and good – You know it'll be the same every time - it's both the advantage and disadvantage of the program. Food is good, nice setting, prices are reasonable.

Model for Perfect Service!! – I've always had excellent service when dining at any of the Pallinos in the area, however, the service that I recently recieved topped any other service I've recieved anywhere. The owner/manager was more than friendly and we enjoyed a nice discussion about there specialty coffee vendor they use, even though they were more than busy we never felt rushed and the owner/manager brought complementary dessert over to our table. It was the BEST!!!
