I called this company, and was not called back but texted to send over my personal information including an ID but yet no request on type of insurance I hold. When I said I would rather a conversation she texted back take care. Bottom line is be careful and know about HIPPA and your rights. There was no seeing if this was a match and she could even potentially offer me what I need
I think the staff is very rude and unprofessional at Palliativity amd they talk down to you.. There is a lot of miscommunication that goes on because they do everything through text messages.. There are plenty of doctors that will help you get your medical card but I would stay far away from Palliativity.
