Lacked professionalism. The cost of preparing a family Will was significantly higher than expected, and the final invoice came as a surprise. At no point were we informed that our scope of work had exceeded the retainer. Despite multiple follow-ups, we have received no response from the lawyer or the firm regarding the final bill.
Do not deal with these clowns, they will keep making up phoney bills to send you; I had to pay $900 just to keep telling them to do what I told them to do as it took them a month to start a will probate. Then I give Trevor all the information he asked for, only to get an email from his law clerk asking for all the same information again... which they charge you for both times.
