I had a wonderful experience today at 7550 w McNabb road my issues is finally fixed today thanks jory was very helpful as a manager she took her time to help and with patient we were able to locate the missing items she deserve a bonus and a raise and public storage needs more people like her in their team thanks again jory for your help is very appreciated

They set up my pallets at floor level so I could grab what I needed without hassle. Plus, all the major carriers pick up there daily. Great crew, smooth process — highly recommend.
