This company sold us salvage scrap racking. We purchased and paid for 360 pallet places of pallet flow. They delivered unusable junk. The uprights are bent and unusable the flow is bent and the wheels are broken and seized. We purchased this from the owner, Dustin directly. He sold this to us as good usable condition. My experience with Pallet Rack Surplus was wonderful from beginning to end. The salesman, Steve, was extremely helpful with what we needed and was extremely fast at sending the quote. We bought used pallet racks which were in great condition and the price was very good. They sent an installation team out and the supervisor, Tristan, was knowledgeable, courteous and fast. The whole installation team was very personable, courteous, diligent and cleaned up the areas before leaving. Great company all the way around!

I recently purchased some racking and it was a very easy process. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and I was surprised at how quick the whole thing went. Their inventory was huge and I was surprised to find that they sold more than just racking. They have a huge selection of all kinds of warehouse equipment. 2 thumbs up for this company.

These folks are so easy to work with. The last two warehouses we have bought from them and good products at great prices. If you are anywhere in the southeast you should check them out. It was a short drive from Birmingham and I saved so much by doing it.
