I had a wonderful experience at Palleck Orthodontics! I had friendly interactions with various employees and I was made to feel comfortable. My questions were answered and procedures were explained. My appointments were timely! I am so impressed with the quality of care I received; Such professionalism from everyone!!
Very welcoming staff .. they keep track of all their clients goals and success and day to day lives.. leaving clients feeling like they are more than just clients.. Great job !
While Dr. Palleck was in charge, I received excellent customer service throughout the 10 years that my family brought business to her clinic. Since Dr. Palleck left, the level of customer service that I was accustomed to receiving has significantly declined. For that reason, I would not recommend this practice.
Absolutely just love how supportive and compassionate they are there and the amount of care and patience they have for everyone. Beautiful atmosphere and environment for the whole family. Also willing to help work with you with a budgeting plan they provide.
What truly sets this clinic apart is the exceptional attention to detail and personalized care. Every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure that my sons are comfortable and that the service they deliver is top-notch. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone seeking the highest standard for orthodontic care.
