I haven’t had my wedding yet, but I just had to leave a review because the service has been absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, the team has been so kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. I recently wore one of their mini dresses for my bridal shower, and it was absolutely beautiful! The fit, the details, and the quality were all incredible — I felt so confident and special wearing it.
The staff are amazing and so helpful , I have nothing but great things to say about my experience and my daughter who is having her dress made with Pallas first class service thanks so much Joy and your team making our interactions so special and memorable

Had a very disappointing appointment with Pallas today, we paid $150 for the appointment which was supposed to last 1 hr but we were only accommodated for half an hour. The new location was also not complete, there is no dressing room and curtains, i had to get changed behind another dress!! The staff also paid very little attention to me, when we asked if she could clip up the dress she said she can't! Isn't that standard practice?
