I cannot recommend Pallas Couture enough, especially the beautiful Joy who made my entire experience beyond amazing from beginning to end. Despite my wedding being 4 years ago, I still have horrible memories from Pallas during my dress consultation process. They did not provide the quality of dress promised and even admitted to making a “mistake” on the skirt during a fitting. They did not offer to fix it and I was pressure into paying for the whole dress. They did not provide the level of care or customer service one would expect from a reputable bridal brand.
