Despite my wedding being 4 years ago, I still have horrible memories from Pallas during my dress consultation process. They did not provide the quality of dress promised and even admitted to making a “mistake” on the skirt during a fitting. They did not offer to fix it and I was pressure into paying for the whole dress. They did not provide the level of care or customer service one would expect from a reputable bridal brand. I had recently visited the store to look for wedding dresses. The ladies were so kind and tried to accomodate myself and my guests as I was after a particular style.
I haven’t had my wedding yet, but I just had to leave a review because the service has been absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, the team has been so kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. I recently wore one of their mini dresses for my bridal shower, and it was absolutely beautiful! The fit, the details, and the quality were all incredible — I felt so confident and special wearing it.
