This complex is never consistent or reliable. Maintenance is slow, office staff rotates constantly and acts unprofessional, and they’ll hit you with nearly $900 fee for not giving a 60-day notice while barely giving you two weeks’ notice that your lease is ending. Between noisy neighbors, bugs, plumbing issues, and a dishwasher that broke three times, living here was nothing but stress avoid this place at all costs.

I want to highlight how helpful Diandra has been throughout my leasing process. She communicates clearly, follows through on what she says, and makes sure things get handled without giving me the runaround. It’s rare to come across a leasing agent who actually cares and responds in a timely manner, but she does. Even when other staff dropped the ball, Diandra stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. She’s the reason my move-in process went smoother than it could’ve been, and I really appreciate her professionalism.
I stopped in without an appointment or call ahead looking for some information. Danaya was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 🙏🏽👌🏽The property is fairly new and looks well-maintained. Thanks again Danaya!
