Dr.R and the Palladium Orthodontics team went above and beyond to help me out! I was a patient back in 2012-2014, and I unfortunately lost my retainers in the Canada Day flooding. Dr. R very kindly gave me replacements for free even after not being a patient for 12 years. I really appreciate the kindness, this team is the best.
Dr.R is great! Always willing and able to help, I dropped by for emergency and was attended immediately.
they are so rough, it hurt worse than my surgery. i was almost in tears when i left, again.
