I've been a patient at that clinic for over 10 years now and they've been great. But the current reception staff are beyond terrible. They are careless and lack any understanding. They don't see urgency in any kind of situation that the patient is going through which could be dangerous. I swear AI would have been doing a better job. Health"care" should be better than that. Doctors are great, Nurses are great. Dr Motz is so caring. The only issue is the reception, especially the rude male staff member at the reception desk who would answer the phone or when you check in for an appointment. It's been over 6 months now, and he has not changed; he does not deserve a customer interaction job. Seems to me he owns the clinic. So watch out for that curly haired staff
I was very well informed about my health issues. The doctor was able to explain about my condition. The nurse also very helpful. The lady on the office reception was also caring
I want to say thank you to a lady who called me today at 8 am in the morning from the clinic (though I know that the clinic is open at 9 am), only to check on me and passed on Doctor’s message. I really appreciate it.
I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to this time so they might want to consider some changes. They are very rude over the phone, not helpful at all! I wouldn’t have gone there even if they were accepting new patients. Surprisingly other people had written the same but it’s obvious that the management hasn’t paid any attention… good luck with the future reviews!
