My wife and I have been patients at Palladium Medical Clinic for many years. The new online booking system, office staff and clinical nurses are great. Our family physician there, Dr. Alayne Main, provides informed, thorough care and has a good sense of humour, which is a definite asset. Dr. Main keeps up to speed about new developments in health care delivery and applies this knowledge in her practice. We feel fortunate to have her and the Palladium clinic.
I haven’t yet visited the clinic, so I can’t speak to the quality of service in person. However, I’ve had a few interactions with the receptionist over the phone, and I’ve been disappointed. They don’t introduce themselves or offer a friendly greeting like, ‘This is Palladium Medical Clinic, how may I help you?’ Instead, the conversations feel a bit rushed and unclear, which has left me with a less-than-ideal first impression. This guy (esguerra) is a disgrace ........parents were his patients for years and on every occasion in the past 5 years his office would not return calls, messages or appointment requests. He abandoned both of my parents in their time of need and dropped them without notice. Not that it mattered as he wasn't acting as a doctor whatsoever during that period.
I love how efficient this office is. Booking non-urgent appointments online is super convenient, and they even offer after-hours urgent care, which is a huge plus. There is one staff member who always sounds a bit irritated when answering the phone, but aside from that, everything runs smoothly. Oh, and Dr. Motz is simply awesome!
