My Dad has some serious mental health struggles currently. Dr. Motz is a healthcare professional who clearly can’t handle mental health patients. Not a walk in clinic. They don't pick up their phones. They don't accept new patients. Useless FREE health care in Canada.
I've been a patient at that clinic for over 10 years now and they've been great. But the current reception staff are beyond terrible. They are careless and lack any understanding. They don't see urgency in any kind of situation that the patient is going through which could be dangerous. I swear AI would have been doing a better job. Health"care" should be better than that. Doctors are great, Nurses are great. Dr Motz is so caring. The only issue is the reception, especially the rude male staff member at the reception desk who would answer the phone or when you check in for an appointment. It's been over 6 months now, and he has not changed; he does not deserve a customer interaction job. Seems to me he owns the clinic. So watch out for that curly haired staff
