Went in for some advice on a deceased estate, had expressed on the phone and client form I was after advice, was left ignored in a room with a girl who had no idea what I was even in for for over 30 mins. Repeatedly asked if I could talk to someone for some advice. Ended up leaving with no advice or even engagement.
