I called to get some information regarding the property and at first the leasing agent helped me then when i asked a couple of more questions, she cut me off and said she was busy now (without any explanation) and could not help me, when she was helping me already. I believe she did not want to spend the time to help as she might have been previously busy but this is not an excuse as you have a job when you answer that phone to at least provide me with an explanation as to why you are busy.
