When I first moved here in 2023, Kody was manager and she was fantastic. Now, we've had ongoing issues with flooding, water damage, mold, and electrical hazards in our unit since April 2025. Ignored service request. 0 stars, honestly. DON'T MOVE HERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! IT'S NOT WORTH IT!
Don't move here. All buildings have roof leaks, leading to water damage on even the 1st floor. I've had confirmed black mold in my son's bedroom, and also the HVAC unit. Water was pouring in from the ceiling fan on the first floor in his bedroom and tripped the breaker. Electrical hazards, prolonged mold exposure... this place is awful. Property management does nothing about it except for hire unlicensed crews 2 months down the road, and even after several emails and service requests, they continue to ignore these issues, ev... read more
I have lived here going on 2 years. I was NOT pleased with the previous manager that was here. She was an absolutely horrible manager! But since we have acquired Crystal, things are finally getting done, the way they should be done, I'm sure she's playing "catch-up" as well too. Because I know A LOT of things didn't get done and didn't get done right. But Crystal is handling that very well. I am impressed with Crystal. I am happy to be living here. Palladium Farmersville has been a great place to call home! The property is well-kept, the staff is friendly, and Krystal, the property manager, is always helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her communication is empecable. She just did back to school bags for the kids which was such a sweet thought touch! We’ve had a great experience here and would definitely recommend Palladium! 🏡✨
