So I'm changing my review from when I lived here for the third time. Management went to crap after Kody left. Property stays dirty, management plays favorites, I was physically assaulted in the parking lot from the neighbor and her mother who lived above me. ALL TRASH! Literally overflowing with trash! Very poor communication. The manager/managers here will not answer the phone for you or call you back. I had to go up there 4-5 different times just to have a conversation. They say it’s income dependent, no they are not. They don’t know which apartments are available and don’t have keys to let you tour. They go back on their word a lot with pricing and I had to fill out 3 applications due to extremely poor communication. This place is unorganized. biased and does Not follow government guidelines. The manager skipped tenants transfer in order to choose someone else to occupy a unit. I do not recommend this place. I Liked how the response totally ignored my review. i speak in facts not impressions. There is a reason why 5 star reviews for this property date back 3 years ago. Again I do not recommend this place.
