Robert DeFarias from Kanata Mazda was excellent to deal with. He made buying a used car an easy and carefree process. The financing department should remember that the customer is there to buy, and if it is a first-time buyer, they should have a little bit of patience and understanding. The only thing that kept it from a 5-star experience.
