Don’t use this builder. The owner of the company is an absolute fraud and WILL run away with your money. Giro Katsimbrakis has been involved with money laundering and defrauding the federal government and banks. Apparently over the years this man has decided to focus on ripping off prospective home buyers. Beware of using this builder, run far away! Because of doing business with him, I’m stuck with an incomplete home and having to finish construction of it.
