I recently went to Palladino Mazda to purchase a 'new to me' vehicle based on a previous positive experience. Matthieu was wonderful, very respectful of my price range and my expectations, very knowledgeable providing me with all the detailed information I needed. Polite, punctual and prepared. Did the financing with Jay who added to my positive experience and again I was given full details. Thanks gentlemen, I am grateful.
