We are a long-time PALL customers from Germany but will no longer order from PALL in the future. In our case, the total net cost for a simple package within Germany was €166 for freight and packaging (including hidden, undisclosed handling costs of $125). Global Director, Sales Development from USA decided that $125 hidden, undisclosed handling costs must be required !! Sorry, we don't need business partners like that!
