Real good people running this business. The tow truck driver was friendly & helpful.
I had a really disappointing experience with this repair shop. My truck broke down over the weekend, and they insisted I bring it in on Monday for a fix that ended up costing me $1,900. I specifically asked if they worked with my warranty before the repair, and they said it probably wouldn’t be covered but to just proceed with them. Service was incredible. Extremely helpful after hours and Ron was extremely knowledgeable and gave the part ABS for the company to access later• very very satisfied with the environment and staff. Amber is absolutely wonderful. Rocco was super thorough and Ed made me feel at ease when I was in a bad spot.
My Cummins engine was in 5mph derate. Palko quickly found wiring issue with EGR system and got me out of derate same day fast and at a fair price. They are a one stop shop that does anything from road service, towing, and complex repairs at a fair price.
