I have had a number of jewellery repairs done by PALKO Jewellery Design. Carol is wonderful to deal with and is so friendly. It is such a pleasure working with her. Quality of Chris' workmanship is amazing. Quotes are completed very quickly. Repairs are completed quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using them for any future jewellery needs. Bought a ring at a Gem show and loved the Malachite stone. The band was not quality so I asked Carol about upgrading it. She was helpful & I so appreciate how beautiful my ring is now. Her husband Chris even gave the stone a polish before they mailed it back to me. I don't live in Brockville but I will go back there if need be.
