Mr. Palka is the epitome of the home remodeler extraordinaire. You could set a clock by him, he is honest, meticulously clean, talented and considerate. He has remodeled two bathrooms for me and has done some electrical updating in my garage. One bath was an entire gut and the other major updates. From tiling to plumbing, Mr. Palka knows his crafts.
