I was recommended to Paliwoda Law about two and a half years ago when I suffered a major auto accident. They have still not settled my case and every time I call they act like its the first time they've ever looked at my file. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of the attorneys, and the case managers are almost as bad. They don't return phone calls or emails. My case has not been brought to its fruition as of this date, but the attorney, his staff, and everyone connected with this attorney have been considerate and caring about my needs. My only complaint would be the length of time it is taking to obtain settlement, but this may not be the fault of the office or its staff. It has taken a very long time to conclude my case because of the injuries which have caused pain for over two years now.
