Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Took their time to sit and talk with me about concerns and answer all of my questions! Highly recommend this pharmacy!
My doctor used to be in the Links clinic, so I always stopped at the pharmacy there. It was convenient and I really liked the pharmacist. When my doctor left and relocated downtown, I still went to the Links for my prescriptions. I then discovered Palisades which is closer to home. I am a very faithful customer when I am happy with my pharmacist, so I started splitting my medications and kept some at the Links clinic as I felt I was not supporting them. Great staff, very helpful and professional
I was very happy with Palisades until a recent staff change. My experience had been really excellent before that. I was treated very unprofessionally over the phone by a new staff member and it was very upsetting. The owner has been very apologetic but it has really spoiled things.
