This company was absolutely vile to a tenant who seeked help from them when they had medical confirmation that they were getting mold poisoning from living there. If I could leave zero reviews I would. They had zero consideration for her health and when she complained, they threatened to not allow her to renew the lease. I would never rent with this company. Their lack of consideration for their tenants is absolutely horrid. Beware.
Warning: this management company prioritizes profits over tenant well-being. Mold growth was ignored, despite health concerns. Consider other options.
This company is failing to ensure the safety of their tenants. They ignored multiple requests from a tenant to address and resolve an issue of mold in their apartment that was confirmed by professional inspection, so far to the point that it caused dramatic negative health conditions for the tenant. Would never consider any property managed by Blue Chip.
