The tech "Cece" was incredibly rude. I was trying to get a basic widely used medicine for my daughter and she complained that I came in close to closing then said they couldn't refill it until the following day. The following day she said I had to come by and physically bring in my card. I requested to email it to her and then she said it "wouldn't work" upon receipt. Worst customer service ever, took more than a week to get my prescription. I’m switching pharmacy. DON’T GO HERE
Picked up my second refill here and it was labeled refrigerate. The first time it didn’t have that label. I called and pharmacist says it can go either way. I’ve since taken to another pharmacy and they informed me it always needs to be refrigerated. On top of that the first time I was told it would be a higher price if I needed it today as they would need a few days to run insurance. On the refill they ran it supposedly and I got same price. The new pharmacy I took it too is half their price. I’m never going back.
