Palisades apartments is a blessing for the community of Gunnison/Crested Butte. The apartments themselves are alright, they aren't like a ski condo in CB but they are spacious and located within walking distance of everything. The management, Deanna and John, are both amazing people who go out of their way to be accommodating and supportive of their residents, more so than the management of any other apartment complex I've ever lived in or heard of. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible office and maintenance team at this apartment community. While I don’t personally live here, I’ve spent a good amount of time on-site visiting a close friend, and the positive changes have been impossible to miss. The office staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. They go out of their way to be helpful and create a welcoming environment. Palisades Apts. Is a decent place to live but the property manager Mrs. Deanna Berry likes to spread people's business. At first she was professional but as the 4 years I have been here she has changed as a person. Do not tell your business to her. She sits in the office and gathers information and then spreads your business around. They do not keep up the grounds. Palisades Apts. Is a nice place to live. The apartments are cozy and the people are friendly. It is quiet here. Management is Great!! They help you the best they can. It is a nice place to live. It could use a paint job though. Thank God it's my place called home. Thank God for these apartments. I'm glad I have a roof over my head. Be Grateful for what you get!!
