Someone broke into my car 2 times. First time they stole sunglasses. The second time they stole AirPods. This should be a gated community. We need better security to patrol.
Utilities are different every month with no accounting or consideration as to your share. This means there is no incentive to conserve power or water and bills will fluctuate from high to higher month to month. Parking is extremely limited AND paid. So if you like paying a monthly fee and parking blocks aways anyway, there's that.
