Couldn’t even get an application because they didn’t know how to use a PTSR. Trying to illegally charge me fees that this law covers if I provide a PTSR.
What really sets this place apart is Mrs. Bianca’s hard work and great attention to detail in keeping everything in top shape. She’s been so dedicated, it’s made our space feel safe and welcoming. .
Management and maintenance teams have been great every step of the way - from leasing process to move in to actual time of living here, it's been perfect, rarely are there any hiccups. If we ever need anything, we'll just shoot a quick message and they'll get back to us quick. We had a lot of questions during the lease signing period and Diamond was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions in a timely manner. Went downhill quickly Management is a revolving door other than Nina. Maintenance is great but it’s a two person group so it’s slow to get things fixed. No community events, the last “pizza party” had a whopping six pizzas for the entire community (over a year ago) Dog poop everywhere, bird crap COVERING apartments to the point it could be considered a biohazard. Absolutely incredible. When you get to the leasing office there is free beer, tons of amenities like a pool and place to grill. I lived 1 block away for over 2 years the neighborhood is great the people are intelligent and clean, even the "loud" cars in the neighborhood sound good and aren't noise polluting nissans screaming. You do likely have to drive 40 blocks+ to work but all the cars in the parking lot are reliable and in good condition, the rent is somewhat affordable so you'll have no problem making car repairs or a p... read more
