I don't understand people acting like babies over office rules. It's their rules, their office and it's not at all unreasonable. You are there to see the doctor. And Dr. Kurani is the BEST. I saw him for 8 years and it was best psychiatric care I received. I wish I could see him again. So if you are looking for good doctors, this place is great.

I agree with the post below that if i could give no stars, i would. the receptionists are rude and the only reason i went there was for Dr. Vinuela which has recently left, probably due to this place. I called back because I thought it would make sense to keep going here and to see Dr. Kurani but they told me that he would not be able to see me, with no reason and couldn't even call to tell me himself. If I could give this place no stars, or a negative rating, I would. The receptionists are mostly rude and condescending. Definitely not welcoming and don’t make people with mental health issues feel comfortable. When I first started going there, there were about 3-4 doctors working for the practice and in that time, two of them left but they’d switch me to a different doctor. Friendly Staff and excellent doctors! Going here for over 3 years.
