Just wanna tell everyone who thinks this place makes anything close to quality food, you have been completely fooled. Go ahead and go look at the kitchen and the fridges/freezers. No one's gonna stop you so don't worry. You're welcome. The owner should be ashamed. Not to mention understaffed and completely unprofesional. The response person or robot will reply to my review though and apologize as if the concerns actually get dealt with ever. Most disgusting place i've ever walked into.
Ordered via pick up. My pizza was cut wrong and the worker stated she didn’t mind making it over but I declined. Presentation of the pizza could’ve been better but honestly, it tasted great. Portions were generous too I only ate half with a huge appetite.
My friends and I came in a few days ago for first time and enjoyed some pizza a baked ziti, and some mixed drinks, and the girl who made the drinks and served us was so pleasant and checked on us make sure we like our drinks and food! One pizza did come out wrong but they got it corrected for us and remade quickly. We will be back to enjoy more food and drinks and the great customer service! Thank you Palio’s for a wonderful experience
Nice quiet place with great customer service and great pizzas, we enjoyed our meal and the cashier was very friendly and nice she greeted us and helped us with decision making and was so attentive brought us napkins and plates and checked on us.
