Call the Lucas store, they answer the phone, take delivery orders, and not send you to the website. Supper friendly, fast service and the best pizza around. These guys are my Go to Lunch or Pizza for the game guys. They treat everyone like they are a special guest! I cant say enough good about them.
Terrible experience at the Palio’s Pizza Cafe location today. We ordered two pizzas and wings. As we were walking out, my husband accidentally stumbled and dropped the wings, completely unusable. We immediately went back inside and politely asked if they could remake them or offer a refund. Instead, we were met by an employee named Mo who responded with: “I didn’t drop them, it’s not my problem.” No attempt to help, no empathy, no solution, just a flat-out refusal.
