I got a txt around 2 that my room was ready, got there at 330 for me to check in and the child at front desk says the key card machine wasn’t working so waited in courtyard with my 2 friends who were taking the train back to la same day so we were on a tight birthday itinerary. We were waiting for awhile with no update so I go back into the front desk and I ask if the keys are ready and he says “no” and I said it’s now 430 an hour and a half passed check in time and he just responds “yea” and no apology or explanation so I l... read more

I discovered the Palihouse SB a few months ago when we visited for drinks and sat on their courtyard with water fountain. I loved the quaint space, the way it's decorated and the scent of fragrant candle burning as you walk up the steps from the street. Each room is designed with a balcony, and the facility has a pool, and bar... and the best coffee ☕️ The staff are friendly, courteous and gracious, and I love the intimacy this boutique hotel offers.
