Really did not get the level of service and overall experience I expected from a Michelin key hotel. The interaction with the staff were very robotic and monotone. Nobody asked anything about our visit or went out of their way to accommodate us in any way. Our room was clean but not pristine as we found food wrappers under the mattress. Overall the stay was just fine nothing over the top or luxurious as we were expecting.
Truly deserving of the Michelin Star they have. Incredible location. INCREDIBLE interior design. Truly outstanding hotel. Will be back, undoubtedly. If you are a Capital One member, book here!! They give us a credit and special upgrades when available.
The hotel bar makes the best espresso martinis!
Love love loved staying here! The perfect place to spend a night recovering from a cruise before we caught a flight home. Amazing service from the guys at the front desk, the cutest decor and touches in the room, perfect location, comfy bed, cozy robes etc. everything was absolutely perfect and can’t wait to visit another of their properties!
