Charming boutique hotel with vintage-inspired décor. The courtyard restaurant is a highlight, with cozy outdoor seating. Rooms are small but chic. The staff were accommodating and attentive. Perfect for a stylish city stay
TRASH MOTEL QUALITY. AVOID! Why? They allow loud barking dogs into this hotel. Cheap mattresses and cheap walls that are not sound proof. "Boutique hotel" = pretend to be upscale with a façade I suppose. Other things were nice, but above all else, I am pay to sleep peacefully when I book a hotel, so I will not comment on anything else.
This historic hotel was originally the West End Hotel, a 1920s-era boarding house. It was rebuilt as a 49-room boutique hotel, the Palihotel Culver City, including a restaurant and bar. Historical plaque inscription: This historic property has been designated a Significant Cultural Resource in 1990 by the City of Culver City. Hotel - 3927 Van Buren Place. Constructed 1923.
