Photos say it all. Regular maintenance turns into slop grease everywhere with no attempt to wipe it up. I guess employees that use this forklift daily don’t deserve respect or professionalism/work ethic from palfinger service. Grease laying loose on surfaces tends to fly off and land in undesirable places as you go down the road. You may say I’m being too picky I say poor service ethic. Period.
Nice place. They do good work
Been waiting almost 2 months on a tiny bellow. Very disappointed in their not care customer service. Money lost from down time is not a concern to them. Sales may be nice but if something breaks your waiting 3-5 business YEARS for parts. Buy Terex or Altec, great customer service and you get your parts in a few days if something goes wrong. Do better!
The customer service is pour at best. Our crane was down and I couldn't get a call back for a full day. When we took the crane to them, they had it two days longer than expected because they simply didn't start on it when they said they would. When we got the crane back one of the new lines they just installed was leaking. So we had to try and get it to stop leaking ourselves which it never stopped leaking completely. When we asked about this issue and how to resolve it, they told us to get an aftermarket fitting to seal it.... read more
Been trying to order parts for the last few days. Said they would call back. Never called back. Said they would email. Never emailed. I’d like to spend money to get my crane back up and running but they don’t want it.
