It is obvious these reviews are paid for. We ordered a liftgate from them the first week of February that was promised within 7 weeks. As of this writing (6/4/2024) we are being told the gate is still on its way from Austria and it has not come in to port yet. When the company was owned and operated with its manufacturing facilities here in the states it was a very reliable source of gates, parts and installes. Now its a joke. Thank you so much Palfinger! I bought a lift gate and installed it on my truck, but there was lost 1 piece of the lift gate, I called the company and they sold me a new item for a good price. Because I was checking online for a used one for a different company and it was much more expensive.
