My husband and I purchased custom-made bedroom furniture from Mavin Furniture Company. After waiting 6-8 weeks to receive the furniture, it was delivered with a wet varnish, which was sticky, and had an extremely harsh chemical odor, as well as an extremely harsh and irritating vanilla scent, that immediately caused eye, lung, and throat irritation, as well as ringing in the ears. Mavin provides outstanding accommodations for their employees. The upstairs employee lunch room Is over the top! Much respect.
We have had a Mavin Woods bed frame for about 5 years. Unfortunately one of the metal bed brackets was cracked by our moving company. Marvin was exceptionally responsive and sent me a replacement bracket in a few days- at no cost to me. I truly appreciate their commitment to excellent customer service. THANK YOU. TIM M.
