I’ve been trying to go vegan for a while. Every time I do I gain weight even when I create my own meals, look very closely at macros, and try to maintain my calories. I thought it was just how my body reacted. So I started with Paleta’s anti-inflammatory meal plan, which uses meat but does not include gluten. sugar, or dairy.
