doctor is way behind in knowlegde and also doesnt even own a basic bloodwork machine. you do know that could delay important information needed right away for your pet. could delay it by as much as 1-2-3 days! he is just too old to be practicing. the staff stinks too.Shonda the vet tech is hateful to the whole world. wife is condescending, and snooty, and the office kennel lady lost my dog once.yes! i had to drive like a maniac down there, and go find him in the woods. they didnt even go help me! no, no, and no!
RecommendedSo glad I went for a second opinion. Dr Hardt add staff are frikkn amazing! This Doctor doesn't fool around. He is like, this is the problem, this is the solution, let's Do it now. My Abby is very important to me and Dr Hardt made her and me important to him also. Wherever you live around Palestine, this is the veterinary to use.
We have been using Dr. Hardt for 13 years- since we moved here. Not only has he cared for our pets, but for all the strays and dumped animals that have come to my home. We have had to put a few animals down, but we have saved more. We feel great trust in him and his ability. More important maybe is the fact that my animals trust him. Dr. Hardt has been taking care of our extended families' pets for many years. Always extremely caring and treating only what was needed for our dogs and cats. He knows how much our pets mean to us and the entire staff are very capable and kind-hearted. First rate operation, highly recommended. I saw courtdhop's review of 04/13 here and wanted to comment on it. Really sad that their dog was so gravely ill that it passed away the day after they decided to take it in to the clinic. I have been taking my pets to Dr. Hardt for ten years now. He and his staff are great! I wouldn't go anywhere else! They helped me get financial assistance from the humane society to help pay for all three of my cats to get spayed. One of my cats got sick one year, and they treated her for about 4 days and nights with an IV antibiotic in the clinic and then sent her home with another week's worth of antibiotic shots - all for super cheap. I was impressed. Another one of my cats has had an abcess drained and two tumors remove... read more

I would absolutely never recommend taking your animal here. This hospital is all about how much money they can get from you. My puppy was diagnosed with PARVO and was in critical condition this vet decided he would send the dog home with us to suffer through the night and die the next morning since we couldnt pay 700 plus dollars to keep the dog at the clinic..wait it gets worse...we asked for our poor puppy to be humanely euthanised and this doctor refused to put him out of his misery.
