Toyota of Palestine took advantage of this Disabled veteran. In August 2024 I purchased a ***** captiva from them for $13,000 that price included an extended warranty. We returned to the Toyota dealership for the first oil change three monthslater, and the dealership told me it needed a radiator and a catalytic converter, I could only afford the radiator, because nothing was covered by the warranty. Got charged $172 for a battery to be put in my car. The guy lied about the price and made it seems like because the car I had and the high tech features, so to speak it would cost more. What a rip off and when I spoke to one of the workers they said it would be around $40 to install the battery. The Hispanic man in the service department is a out right liar.
