Dr. Uy was the first person to ever treat me at Palestine Regional Medical Center about 18 or so years ago for my first DKA. He’s always been kind, and he takes time to explain things in a way that makes it feel less stressful. He spends time just talking, and that makes him feel like more than a doctor. He’s always kept my family in the loop, and his bedside manner is fantastic! He’s professional and knowledgeable, and it’s nice to see a familiar face when in a stressful situation.
Dr. Uy saved my life, literally. He took charge of my care while in the hospital and through his care I came back from a severe situation to full health. He has cared for my family in the past when in the Hospital and I would trust him completely anytime. He is caring, compassionate and highly intelligent and you would want no other Doctor caring for you in a serious situation. He is THE best.
Compassionate and caring. Made special trips to my daughters room in order to keep us updated.
I had to give 1 star because there was no option for less!!!! TERRIBLE! This place has no clue what they are doing!
