Sara has been absolutely amazing and has made this whole process a breeze for us as first time buyers! We were consistently updated throughout the whole process, and I feel as though things have moved along as quickly as they can! I would recommend them again and again!

Buying a home was a great experience, and Sara provided excellent service throughout the process. Unfortunately, the post-closing punch list process has been extremely disappointing and has significantly impacted my overall rating. Multiple issues were identified for repair, but follow-through has been poor. In several cases, someone was sent out to start or assess repairs and then never returned to complete the work. Buying a home was great! Kyle made the service well. But the punch out list for them to come back and fix the problems is rate a 1. They come out to fix things and then never show back up. So as far as rating, that causes me to rate them lower. I've been dealing with them a year and still have not received anyone to come out and fix the problems we're having and have had.
