Yuck I worked here for one week and quit. In Vegas, before you can work at a restaurant, you have to get a Health Card, which includes watching a movie about health violations. This place broke every single one of them. Chicken was left to thaw out on the counters. The cook wiped his boots with a rag than wiped the grill with it. And on and on and on. Disgusting.
