Got delivered half piping hot , half cold congealed food after over an hour wait. Called and was told replacement food was being delivered. Then, they called back and said they wouldn't replace the cold food unless we gave it all back to the delivery driver. I said at this point I'd rather a refund as my kids were starving. She said she'd check with her manager and call right back. Well.. they closed and nobody called so I have cold pizza and calzone uneaten in my fridge and I fed my kids spaghetti O's.
RecommendedOrdered today for the first time in a while but I couldn't view my order status and noticed I had a old number linked to the account so I changed it and called to check on my order to find out it had been delivered to the wrong address I wanted to cry im so hungry I was waiting by the door Good News is he said he will remake it for me but this is the only time Can't wait til it gets here hope it's good

We tried the Chicago style deep dish. It was amazing! I’m from Chicago and this is right on target 🎯 very delicious!! They use all fresh ingredients!! We will definitely be back!!
Just called about trying to get pizza delivered and was trying to make sure I’m able to eat the pizza there. I have a deadly allergy to peanuts and treenuts. My friend originally called to place the order and when she asked if I can eat the food they told her that they were extremely busy and gave off the impression they didn’t want to check. Let me start by saying WOW... Never been to Palermo's before and I've also never eaten the whole pizza in one night 😳 I don't usually write reviews but I have to help put Palermo's on the map! I've never had better pizza in my life and I've surely NEVER had authentic cannolis like the ones served at Palermos. You've left my taste buds having withdraws and on that note I'll be back, very soon! Thank you, gentlemen!!
We tried Palermo's for the first time for 4/20 and we LOVED it. The NY style (pepperoni) and Chicago stuffed (pepperoni and green peppers) were both awesome. They are pricey but you get what you pay for! This is definitely my new go to pizza place, and I've been looking since we moved to this coast. 🤘
The salads are phenomenal and the calzone is spot on! your driver's are always prompt and our orders are always right. Great service and food!!
